La Douane à un nouveau patron, il s’agit de Oumar Diallo. Ce dernier remplace à la tête de ce secteur Papa Ousmane Guèye qui a été limogé hier en Conseil des ministres.
Le nouveau patron des gabelous, un inspecteur principal des Douanes de classe exceptionnelle qui a eu à occuper, entre autres, le poste de Directeur régional du Nord a été à l’affût du poste depuis le départ de Mouhamadou Makhtar Cissé. En effet, lui et son prédécesseur étaient pressentis au poste, avant que le chef de l’Etat, Macky Sall, ne jette finalement son dévolu sur l’inspecteur des Douanes, Elimane Saliou Gningue.
Ce dernier sera remplacé par la suite par Pape Ousmane Guèye. Désormais ex-Directeur général des Douanes, Guèye est un inspecteur principal des Douanes doublé d’un inspecteur général d’Etat. Très proche de Souleymane Ndéné Ndiaye, sous Wade, il a été secrétaire général du gouvernement en remplacement de Fatou Diagne.
