Le Directeur général de Dangote Sénégal, Serigne Aramine Mbacké est trainé jeudi à barre par une commerçante du nom d’Oumy Thiam pour escroquerie portant sur une somme de 546 millions de F CFA. Cependant, le patron de Dangote n’avait pas été placé sous mandat de dépôt, il a été placé sous contrôle judiciaire.
L’affaire opposant Serigne Aramine Mbacké à la commerçante Oumy Thiam a été évoquée à nouveau hier, à la barre du Tribunal correctionnel de Dakar. Cette fois-ci toutes les parties étaient présentes mais elles ont convenu d’un renvoi. Le tribunal les a suivies en renvoyant le dossier au 8 octobre prochain.
Le Directeur général de Dangote Sénégal, est trainé en justice par la commerçante qui l’accuse d’escroquerie portant sur la somme de 546 millions de F CFA. A cet effet, la dame avait saisi d’une plainte le juge du deuxième cabinet d’instruction qui avait inculpé Aramine Mbacké d’association de malfaiteurs, escroquerie, faux et usage de faux en écritures privées de banque. Cependant, le patron de Dangote n’avait pas été placé sous mandat de dépôt. Il avait été placé sous contrôle judiciaire.
