L’épouse de Hissène Habré a réagi après la condamnation à la prison à vie de son époux avec qui, elle partage l’exil dakarois depuis 1990. Fatimé Raymonde Habré affirme qu’elle n’est pas «étonnée» du verdict du tribunal spécial qui a condamné l’ancien président du Tchad. «Cette décision (…) ne m’a pas étonné », a-t-elle dit lundi soir à Dakar.
Fatimé Raymonde Habré accuse : «Cette extraordinaire affaire Hissène Habré hors du commun (…) a duré 15 ans. Elle a impliqué trois présidents de la République (Abdoulaye Wade 2000-2012 Macky Sall actuel président du Sénégal et Idriss Déby du Tchad), de nombreuses institutions et beaucoup d’argent. 18 milliards francs Cfa de la part d’Idriss Déby. Cela veut dire que c’est un procès qui a été acheté. On a acheté la tête de Hissène».
Mme Habré s’est demandé pourquoi son époux qui a quitté le pouvoir depuis 1990, n’a aucune activité politique, ne s’immisce dans aucune activité d’autrui, dérange le monde? «Il n’a jamais dérangé les relations entre le Tchad et le Sénégal», renchérit Fatimé Raymonde Habré. Avant d’ajouter : «Le système de la Françafrique, ce monstre-là qui est là , fort dangereux nous étouffe. Ce monstre a enrôlé des hommes qui sont dans le système de la Françafrique, ce sont eux qui sont aussi aux commandes de l’Afrique depuis 50 ans».
