Les officiels guinéens et leur famille, ne se verront plus délivrer de VISA pour les USA. C’est la décision prise par le département d’Etat le 13 septembre 2017. Cette décision survient suite au refus de la Guinée de recevoir sur son sol ses ressortissants en situation irrégulière expulsés des Etats-Unis.
Elle concerne uniquement les visas B, F, J et M, délivrés aux officiels guinéens ainsi qu’aux membres de leurs familles proches.
Les autorités guinéennes, n’ont pas manqué de monter au créneau pour dénoncer cet acte de chantage et exprimer leur « étonnement ».
Il faut souligner au passage, que beaucoup de pays en voie en développement, ne veulent pas collaborer avec l’administration Trump et sa nouvelle politique d’expulsion d’étrangers en situation irrégulière. C’est le cas, notamment du Cambodge et de l’Erythrée qui sont également visés par cette décision. En somme, il y a des pays qui coopèrent avec l’administration Trump, comme le SENEGAL. On l’a vu récemment avec le groupe d’expulsés des USA dans lequel se trouvait notre Assany Diouf « national »
